The Cross country course is in this large pasture. Also a 48'x24' shelter, not shown. The 50' Round corral with sprinklers is in front.	Indoor Arena. 150' x 70'     VERY BRIGHT Lights, sprinklers, 4" of sand. Conditioned 2-3 time per week.
Outdoor Arena 200' xx 100' with lights and sprinklers.	Wide alleyways with ample sturdy hitchracks. Plenty of room to walk behind tied horses. Lights in all of the alleys.
Spacious lawns with shade, tables and barbecues. Shade at both outdoor arenas. Irrigated Paddock. 1/3 acre with shelter. Hay 2x day. No charge to feed owner supplied suppliment.	Pipe Paddock. 60' x 36' with 12' x 12' shelter w/mats. Hay 2x day. No charge to feed owner supplied suppliments.
